ABOUT FLATLINE
Hello, my name is Darian, owner and registered nurse (RN) at Flatline Behavioral Health and Mobile IV Therapy.
After years of living and adventuring in mountain communities throughout the West Coast, I have experienced firsthand how intense, exhilarating, yet demanding the rural mountain lifestyle can be. I understand the impact this lifestyle can take on ones physical health and mental well being - from routine physical exertion, cold temperatures, high altitude, isolation and high-impact mountain sports.
As a registered nurse and mountain athlete, I am deeply passionate about improving mental health outcomes while supporting the physical recovery of locals and mountain enthusiasts, so our Steamboat Springs community can stay active, energized, and engaged in the mountain lifestyle.
OUR STORY
The constant weight of daily responsibilities, pressure and the fast pace of modern life can leave many people feeling burnt out, disconnected and overwhelmed. Over time, momentum fades, physical and mental health are neglected, passions dull and adventure takes a backseat. Instead of fully experiencing life’s highs and lows, individuals slip into autopilot, moving through the motions of daily tasks just like a flatline.
This reality is deeply familiar in seasonal rural communities like Steamboat Springs. Long winters, physically demanding work and inconsistent schedules place strain on both mental and physical well being, while access to care often lags behind need.
Flatline was created to bridge this gap, offering accessible, private mental health care alongside wellness based recovery services, to support the unique challenges of mountain living. So individuals can stay engaged, resilient and continue pursuing the adventure and opportunity that brought them here in the first place.
OUR MISSION
Flatline was founded on a two-pronged model - to make high quality psychiatric care accessible for Routt County residents and seasonal workers, and to deliver IV hydration and recovery services that support the health and resilience of our mountain community.
Flatline Behavioral Health offers compassionate, confidential psychiatric evaluations and medication management through convenient Telehealth visits for individuals ages 10 and older — helping overcome barriers to access, stigma, and limited local resources.
Flatline Mobile IV Therapy Services provides elective, wellness based IV hydration and injections containing fluids, electrolytes and vitamins, delivered directly to your door. Services are administered by our team of licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) and are designed to support recovery, energy and overall well being.
