At Flatline Behavioral Health, we provide personalized psychiatric evaluations and medication management services designed to support long term mental wellness and improved quality of life. Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners combine medical, psychological and behavioral expertise to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions in individuals ages 10 and above throughout Routt County. All appointments are offered conveniently through secure Telehealth visits, allowing patients to receive care privately and comfortably from home.

Flatline Behavioral Health does not provide ongoing psychotherapy or counseling services at this time, although we strongly believe that the best mental health outcomes come from a collaborative approach to care. We are happy to work alongside your current therapist, primary care provider or other healthcare professionals to help ensure comprehensive support throughout treatment. For patients not currently connected with a therapist, we are happy to help provide recommendations for trusted local counseling resources that may complement medication management services.
