ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Flatline Behavioral Health offers a combination of medical, psychological and behavioral expertise to provide unique psychiatric services to the residents of Routt county. Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners specialize in diagnosing, managing and treating a variety of mental health conditions to help you manage and progress your mental health with the best possible outcomes. Flatline is here to support your mental health journey through medication management designed to stabilize symptoms, improve daily functioning, and strengthen overall well-being.
Flatline will meet with individuals ages 10 and above located full time or seasonally in Routt County. All of our appointments are available via Telehealth to conveniently provide care in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Services are self pay only at this time.
While we don’t provide therapy services at Flatline, we’re happy to collaborate with your therapist or connect you with additional local resources for these services, to give the most comprehensive mental health care.

No, Flatline Behavioral Health does not offer counseling and therapy services at this time but we are happy to refer you to local therapist in town.

No, Flatline Behavioral Health is self pay only at this time, we do hope to begin working with select insurance companies in the near future.
If medication is prescribed, you can still use your insurance benefits at the pharmacy. We will coordinate prior authorizations to help ensure your medication coverage is handled as smoothly as possible.

Yes, Flatline Behavioral Health will meet with individuals ages 10 and up for psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments.

Yes, Flatline Behavioral Health can continue managing your current medication regimen if appropriate and safe. To get started, complete an evaluation with one of our nurse practitioners to review current diagnosis, medications, treatment history and mental health goals - from there a continuation or adjustment in your medication regimen may occur.

No, Flatline Behavioral Health provides out patient psychiatric care through Telehealth appointments. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, seek help immediately by calling 911 or contacting the Colorado Crisis Line at (844) 493 - 8255.
